182 Air Filter Replacement

Hello,

I checked my air filter housing this afternoon and noticed some star type (doesnt look like the usual phillips type) screws bolting the lid down.

Does anyone know what type of screwdriver I need? I`m assuming once I unscrew those 7/8 screws I can just take out the old filter and put a new one in?

They're T30 torx bolts and yes undo those and the lid will lift to allow you to change the filter.

the star type you are talking about is a torx (tx)bit,most french cars use them,its quite handy bying a set of torx tools when you have a french car because they are everywhere,and yes just unscrew the torx screws and replace the panel,i would put the itg panel in
