172 Rear Bumper / Bumper Removal

Ok, so I've used the search and cannot find a guide etc to remove the rear bumper, so a push in the right direction would be most grateful

Also, a mate is selling a blue 172 rear bumper, which has a crack in it (nothing too big). I'm looking at restoring this and fixing the crack, and just wanted to know any suggestions of glues etc that will fix the crack, then I'm going to spray myself, in f47 cyclade blue, same as my car.

theres a couple of bolts( one each side) in the arches that you have to remove, 2 underneath the bumper in the middle by the number plate and then 2 torx screws that you can see when the boot is open in the middle
