172 ph1 engine code f4

I have fitted a supercharger to my engine and while it was out I noticed the engine code said f4
just wondering if anyone could tell me if I have anything to worry about or if its the same as the f4r
or if the phase 1 is ment to be an f4 block?
any info would be great!
