172 ph1 alarm/ignition fault?

my alarm went off the other day i went out to it tried unlocking it nothing happened as i was stood next to the door i noticed the ignition was on and the doors had unlocked themselves i know it was locked as always check before i leave the car i eventually got the alarm to deactivate using the spare key i disconnected the battery and locked it manually the next day i reconnected the battery and both keys lock and unlock the car now and the ignition stayed off ive left the battery disconnected so i dont p**s the neighbours off please help

forgot to update this but it was traced to a faulty multi timer unit its been replaced and all coded in and its all fixed
