172 Exclusive Lacquer Coat

  172 Exclusive no.067
Have had a scrape on front bumper as well as rear all at once.

Paint has been rubbed right down to the plastic.

Having this done, would there be any issues with a pro matching with other panels, as ive heard there is a lacquer coat on top of the paint.

Or should i assume the pro will know of the coating procedures required for this paint - lacquer application etc?

The "Lacquer coat" as you put it just means there's a basecoat applied first (the actual colour) which drys matt then the lacquer is applied over the top to give it a gloss finish, same as 99% of cars on the road these days, nothing to worry about.
