172 cup with 60k on clock

hiya, going t look at a 52 plate 172cup on saturday, reasonable price etc. i ast the question & service history is up to 50k currently has 63k on clock. at 50k the timing belt aux belt & tensioners etc were changed.

cambelt on 172 are every 5 years or 60k
