172 cup springs???

which springs lower the cup 30mm?
wanted the apex ones but some peopple say they actually lower 40mm and didnt wana go that low and have to worry bout the front bumper as theres alot of bumps round my way.
was guna get the k-tec ones which lower 15mm rear and 25mm front but also worried incase thats not enough.

any comments and help apriciated.

you won't have any trouble with bumps lowered 40mm. remember the suspension still bottoms out in the same place.
