172 Cup Springs and top mounts

Hi, new member with a 172 Cup that I'm picking up later today. It's completely original which is exactly what I was looking for and I'm keeping it that way. Done 70k miles and is having all the belts etc done. I'm looking to change the front and rear shocks for new Renault ones and would like to change the top mounts and possibly the springs too. Your recommendations of where to buy these please?
