172 cup gear knob still available?

Hi does anybody know if you can buy the original cup gear knob and insert from renault.I tried the cheap insert stick on and dont like it

Ive bought one (whole knob lol) not cheap, around 50 quid iirc. Was about 4 years ago mind.

Longshot, but does anyone know if these are still available? Mine is a cheap ass copy and the text is wearing off already...failing that, does anyone know what the options are for replacements? Photos would be useful, ta.
