172 cup auxiliary belt - same thing as accessory / alternator belt?

Is the aux belt the same thing as the accessory / alternator belt? If so, I'm guessing this comes as a full kit with tensioners and pulleys? Also the 172 cup version is different (none air con)?

172 cup is just a belt, 6pk (6 rib) 1130, cost about £10 tops
