172/182 - Any info on this car?

My cousin spotted this as it's at a garage a few miles from my house. It's registered as a 172 but as you'll see from the advert it has 182 wheels, exhaust, bumpers etc etc. I'm assuming it's a 172 with a 182 engine swap but the log book does not reflect this.

I've personally not seen the car only the advert. Does anyone know anything about this car or car any info?

its just wheels and the exhaust is made to look like a 182
