Mine is on 41k, and has some epic service history. (Had over 10k spent on it in 2010)

Only mods are exhaust and steering wheel refurb.

They've just obviously gotten carried away after no 1 sold for £45k. Maybe if it was no 500 and had sub 20k and one owner like no 1 it would be worth more than a middle of the run 50k example.
