£25-30 a month contract recommendations?

At £25-30 a month, what sort of decent, useable phone could I go for along with a fair bit of internet allowance, I'm guessing the best htc's & iphones would be out of my price range...

I got a Desire S on £25 a month with decent allowance on Vodafone. It's brilliant for what I need it for. You could probably get something better for £30 a month. I looked at Samsung but they felt plasticky in comparison.

Girlfriends just got a new Galaxy s2 with 600 mins and unlimited txts and lots of internet use for £25 p/m from o2. Some kind of promo deal last weekend. The only thing she had to do was pay £80 to buy herself out of the current 02 contract. Overall great deal if you ask me.
