Rather tasty looking red RS Megane with a Cliosport sticker parked opposite my house on Edmund Road in Portsmouth, it's been there for a few hours!
My car is the Grey MX-5 with the brown roof.

Im studying Geotechnical Engineering and lots of us go off-shore because the pay is mental, seeing this is making me think twice about wanting to stay on dry land!
If you dont mind me asking, how much does a vehicle such as this cost?
An Exige is the first vehicle I want to buy once I start making some 'proper' money and ive never really taken the time to see how much one costs!
'so how many people have a jagwah nurburgring testing license ?'
'about 30'
*15 seconds later*
'So how many people is it roughly that have the license that allows them to test prototype and pre-production cars on the nordschleife?'
'about 30'
Now the dog can experience some serious speed without scratching up the leather seats, result!
But seriously, i have always loved the idea of a bat s**t fast estate car and the RS audis have always appealed to me a bit more than the big AMG Mercs.
I remember seeing a thread leading to a video of this car taken just after it had been crashed.
Had driven in to a peugeot going up a hill IIRC and the firemen looked under the bonnet for the engine...
Great cars, i had a look round one whilst buying the Scirocco.
I must say as a matter of personal preference i think having DSG in such a car is a shame, i find the DSG a bit annoying at times in the Scirocco and I think half the fun with a little fizzy car like the Polo is having the proper...
Yeah i had a quick look at the MSV novice one, it looks like it'll fit the bill quite nicely. Any idea how much they are?
I'm currently to find the drainage hole on my MX5 that i know needs to be kept unblocked?!
EDIT: found this, looks like i need a trombone brush...
I do quite a bit of karting which i'm hopeful will help me out a bit, the only problem i see with tuition is it's awfully expensive so i wouldn't mind avoiding that if possible.
I like the sound of a beginner track day, i'll have a look for them!

I love how much he has to correct even on the straights!
EDIT: and it's 4WD!
Lovely car! That rear diffuser is really nice, i'd be worried that carbon side skirts would spoil it a bit but i've always thought carbon front splitters look nice.
All too often i see people cover cars in unnecessary bits of carbon fibre and it always spoils it in my eyes.
I'm looking to do a track day in the new car soon but really have no idea where to start.
Where's a good track, preferably in the south, and what exactly am i after?
Thanks
I must say it's a great little car, just pokey enough to be fun. For anyone who hasn't driven one they're a touch less frantic/fast than a 182 but more fun due to how small and low they are. It also did 42mpg on the 350mile run back from South Shields which i'm very impressed with.
The gearbox...
I bought my 182 when I was 18 and had been driving 1 year.
Luckily I could put it on the fleet insurance that covers my dad's cars and work vans so was sorted in that respect, that combined with my undeniable sheer talent and flamboyant to the point of unique driving style (read: luck) and i...
See, on their website it advertises other garages that offer their services, but i can't help thinking the other garages would be up to the standard of the WIM place itself.
I may actually ask Rentech in Portsmouth if they can do it, I know they specialise in french cars but i know they're good...
Not sure i'm in need of anything as radical as that, i think the basic steering geometry will make a good difference to mine anyway.
Once i've got a bit more cash i'm gonna look at getting the Eibach 35mm lowering kit and maybe have a look at getting a new exhaust to make it sound a bit sportier.
Picked this up yesterday and drove it the 350 miles home from South shields to Brighton.
Completely in love with it, great to drive and surprisingly good on motorways.
There's a few little things to sort out but so far it appears to have been a good buy!
It's a 2.0 Sport with the option...
