I used a spark plug socket on an extension bar and managed it no prob.

I think there is some sort of insurance you can get just for the ring but personally i wouldnt bother...can't remember the price but it was extortionate with a load of exclusions. Just don't bin it :)

Just had my 182 plugged in with my OBD lead, and there is no reading from the MAF sensor..do these leads usually pick up a reading? If so, will it be a faulty sensor? Where is the sensor? Cheers Matt

I'm brand new to clios and have never serviced a car/anything like that and have done all of the above except droplink by myself this week, with the help of the guides in the guide section, its pretty straightforward.

What is the size + thread size of the 5 screws that run along the front of the plenum on a 182? Managed to snap one! Does anyone know where to get them/does anybody on here sell them? Cheers

A drop or 2 of lubricating oil and give it a while to do it's magic? That's what I did on my plugs.

The bolts from davo look great and came within 36 hours of ordering! Can't fault that! Cheers

And the engine management light is on...would an injector fault cause it to be or is that likely to be something else?

It doesn't seem to be, but I did the dashboard fault check thing and it said there was an injector fault so thought I should check them?

Hi, I bought a 182 last week and changed the spark plugs yesterday, and now I have the engine management light on. I have double checked I reconnected everything properly and can't find any problems with that. I know is a long shot but i cant insure it until August so can't take it anywhere...

Is there a guide anywhere showing how to check the injectors in a 182/how to replace them? Had a look in the guide section but had no luck, if here is one could somebody point me in the right direction? If not, can i have some info as to how to do this, I dont have a clue! Cheers

I used the standard Renault ngk plugs. I will check everything, check its all plugged in properly. Thanks.
