So I’ve found myself wound up with another 172 after 7 years away from Renaults this time with a 172 cup that has had a lot of work carried out by the previous owner albeit not even half finished.

Since selling my last Clio I’ve had a go at the Drift thing when i bought an SR20...
Does anyone know of anywhere that sell turbo manifolds for the f4r other than ktec.
Ive had a look about but can only come up with ktec.
Im sure ive seen them else were a while ago

I am currently running a pair of harness that have the 'flat bolt to' type fittings on.
My question is, Can they be modified to the type that wrap round a harness bar with the sliding adjuster?
If so what is req'd

I have just bought a non sport steering rack (unsure of model)
I need to fit this in a 172 but do the clio range all share the same subframe?
At a quick glance the mounts look as if they could have diffrent spacings then what I require.
I will try to add pics this evening as im on my phone...
Unsure quite what the regulations are regarding power steering at m.o.t time.
Ive taken my 172 in to Renault for its first m.o.t in my ownership and the out come was a Fail.
Now ive had a read through threads reguarding mot failure with reguards to power steering and have seen mixes awnsers...
Im looking to fit a pair of DCOE bodies that i have, My question is what affect does manifold lenght have?
I know trumpet lenghts have an affect on torque figures but is this the same for manifold lenght.
Im wondering what the affects would be if i was to get a spacer made up to adapt the DCOE...
Im looking to get ITB fitted to the clio in the next few weeks, but want to stay with the standard managment for now, ive had a search about but not come up with any possitive anwsers as to who can map them on standard managment, any help much appreciated
