vibe 12" active box is like £270. It packs 300WRMS i think or more. I have one in my car and bass is tasty enuf

my sub and amps are sliding all over the boot anyone got any ideas on how to stop it? ive tried velcro but it just takes the carpet along with it. i was thinking baout a fake floor, anyone know how i could build one?

yeah monza aint that bad. if yours is dark blu u can get the gold ones, that will look sweet, well esp on a mark 1 clio. im going for super urismos on my clio

The 10"vibe sub with built in amp. This thing is mean for its price. £199 at halfords. You can step up to the 12" too which is also pretty mean but a bit more expensive. They kick about 300w RMS i think and the quality aint too shabby if you set the right crossover level. 5stars from me, try it

ive decided on 16s, i got my mail back from ktec all i need is to put wider arches on the front and slightly trim the back. This is with 195/60/40. Taking into account my car is decked 60front 75 back and a 5door and i might go lower if i can after the wheels :O

lol i did mine, front n back, the filler work was ace but the spray job was nothing to die for. ie if i squint my eyes treally hard it looks good. Never spray metallic colours unless your experienced it will not look the same. my car looks like a quilt and i have to go get it sprayed properly.

Anyone know where good places are to buy all the popular make wheels from? ie cheaper than usual ;) also is it best to buy the alloys without tyres and go tyre bargain hunting or go for a package deal

oh nice cheers, but hmm still deciiding on 16s or 17s. i always seem to settle on 16s coz of the speed handling. but then 17;s are so pimpin and most of my mates have 17s on, i dont wanna be the smaller one, ah geez.

Will i need 16 valver wings on my clio if i want to put 17"on it and its been lowered 60mm? Or just can i roll the arches remove the guards etc its a phase2 1994 rt

I know this is a dumbass question but when someone referes to smoothing their front is that just debadging and filling the gap where the badge was or do they actually smooth the front bit of the bonnet rounder? :/

oh yeah and i only payed 40 quid for the compoinents and 30 quid for the amp 2nd hand. Remember the amp built into the head unit isnt that powerful so if your going for speakers that expensive its worth amping them up. Its amazazing how much of a difference it makes.

tbh i got front components in my door and while there not done with the original wiring i used normal run of the mill speaker cable ( the thin copper stuff) and i can notice no reduction in quality. Im running alpine components off an amp (there like 150w max 50RMS blue with black middle) and...

An easy job to change? Ive got a 1.4 clio RT 94. Is there anything in the way or is it gonna be an easy off/on job? Im not sure whether im gonna attemp it myself or pay my mechanic 30squid to do it for me. Me and my mates have got a car lif to get under it if need be

Yeha but 17" wheels look so pimpin ;). Im really stumped whether to get 16 or 17" super turismos on my 1.4RT. Its decked as it is but awwwww man 17s. I could go for the 16" but i cant help thinkin ill be dissapointed even tho my handling and speed will be better.

can somone give me a quick tutorial on offsets and what differences they make and what range i have to go for in a mark1 phase1 clio? cheers

well id assume the splitters will be the same for whateva phase considering there ibiza splitters :P phase 1 is what i have but hmmmm i like them. what about the rear?
