Hello all. Ex 172 x 2 owner from many years ago! I’m considering buying the below car. Noticed it has cliosport sticker in rear window. Does anyone have any knowledge?/past owners? Annoyingly no belt/pump history evidence which is a niggle putting me off. thank you all!!

when on full lock and relaxed it doesnt whine. Just occurs when turning.

Ouch, if its the dephaser pulley? then thats a big job right? and im correct that cannot be left as it may snap??

Hey Had my 172 cup for about 2months now, only issue is that when starting from cold the steering is noisey!; however there is no negative effect on the steering. Is this something not to worry about?; or a sign the powersteering pump is on way out? powersteering fluid is fine by the way...

I was unsure at first, but glad i went for white on blue!

Thanks, at the moment there aint really any plans, maybe just a K-tec exhaust, but just gonna enjoy it. Personally the sportlines aint as good as the standard springs but thats to be expected, slightly harder ride and as said slightly twitchy but i need to get tracking sorted. Do look...

Hey! Had my Cup for 2months now and loving it! Decided to treat it to a few goodies, wheels needed sorted as they were kurbed badly. Anyway White Speedline turinis fitted, Eibach Sportlines and smaller front numberplate to fit in the recess. Suspension feels abit twitchy now on corners but...
