Unfortunately both where on the front corner so bent the suspension and damaged a damper. We had replacements but meant we had to retrack the car etc. so cost quite a bot of time, first one about an hour, 2nd about 45 mins.

You can generally buy a drive for £1,500, sometimes less. I think it even adds to the event that you do it with a team you have never met before. I didnt know or had met any of my fellow drivers or the team before quali on the Friday. Maxx

Caffiene is your friend :) worked out we spend 26 secs on each of the 2 straight, just steering straight and pedal to the metal. You do have to concentrate though, you need to be inch perfect and use as little steering as possible. Maxx
