Hi All,
My friend has recently bought a 2003 Renault megane dci 80. The previous owner had forced the interior mirror, which in turn ripped the three core wiring which attatches the sensor to the wiring loom within the headlining. I know the clio and megane are similar, and was wondering if...
Hi, can anyone tell me if...
The central locking is controlled by one wire to lock and unlock (and how you wire in an alarm to it which has two dedicated wires, one for lock, and one for unlock)...
Also with regards to a hazard switch, which colour wire controls the lights to flash?
Ive...
Hi, my friends removing his stainless system off his mk2 ph2 petrol clio, and has offered it me for my dci... My dci is a mk2 ph2 on an 05 plate. Im not expecting any performance gains etc, just thinking it will last longer than the standard exhaust i have on my diesel.
Is it a straight swap...
i had this after playing around in the snow. wheelspinning trying to get uphill.... turned the car off and back on again, and all the lights went out... Think the wheels spinning, and not being able to brake properly confused the abs...
Otherwise its an electrical fault.
Hi all, been trying to see if a decat on my dci 80 will do much. Thinking of having the car mapped after, but would rather not decat if it will kill my mpg...
Anyone have any ideas on how it effects MPG, and how it effects performance?
Hi all,
Looking to fit an aftermarket alarm to my 05 dci. (mk2 ph2)
Can anyone tell me what colours (on the clio) controll the following....
(i would assume there would have been a guide up on here somewhere)...

Perm 12v (at ignition barrel)...
Hi, can anyone help me design a box for my SNG audio Jatt-12 sub.
I normally wouldnt touch an unbranded sub, but after looking at the 8.8 out of 10 rating it got from 'talkaudio' and the fact i have got it for £60 i thought id give it a go.
Heres the spec of the woofer...
Around the edges when the carbon is hard and set, attact with a sander, and smooth everything off upto the edge...
I use a detail sander with 80 grit for this, but you can hand sand easily.
Can also stanley off the excess, but it will blunt the blades very quickly
To carbon fibre my way (as the pics above show my finished product)...
Sand item, lay a layer of resin, wait till tacky to the touch, lay carbon, let dry.
Then.. apply resin, leave to dry, sand with 240, apply resin, leave to dry, sand with 240... do this until you have a uniform amount over the...

haha i hope so, as ive wrapped mine in carbon fibre today... the only thing i could think of was that the holes are for the roof and lining to breath (as in prevent condensation), or to keep the bulbs cool...
Well as im not allowed to host pics due to 172Ben informing me its slowing the thread down i will have to give you a written explanation rather than an easier piccy guide.
Get your strips, sand down with some nice 80-100 grit. Lay some resin onto the strips and leave to go to a tack, where you...
Thanks all for the good comments, i dont mind not having the middle vents, as with a dci, the heaters are pretty poo standard. The heat comes out of the side ones twice as fast anyhow.. :)
Thanks, the standard bonnet is fubar.. loads of rust due to a bonnet bra holding water over the last few years... This is on temp really until i can find a standard shape one in carbon, or a colour match in the same black.
Ignore the 77K+ mileage, its a DCI ;) lol and very well looked after....

I had done this once before in a blue 1.2 clio i used to own, which is...
Is it possible to adapt a autoleads adapter to use the standard oem stalk to work my headunit.
Bought all the stuff a while back, unused, and upon raggin the dash to bits, it looks like the connections at the clock are different than the adapter i have.
Can only assume that the wiring was...
Hi all,

Fogs are gay, end of... but will the hid fit?
Want having a go at you mate, just think this forum has some immature people on it. I dont mind comments with people saying they dont like it, but bitchy little girl comments are just annoying.
As you have said yourself, the car was rediculous, which is half the reason it was done. You may be...
To be fair mate you dont know anything about me or this car, The dash had zero filler on it, it was made from f/glass matting. Not to everyones taste, bit like your green wheels, some people will like them, some not.
If you want to say the car isnt to your taste as a few on here have already...
