You would need a Clio Stalk Connects2 Box with a Kenwood Stalk harness for this to work yeah, as suggested PM MT Audio :)

I pulled the pillers off the inside cut swapped and re-solderer the wires, I'm not actually sure where they run to tbh.. Thats why i suggested doing the above steps first to see if that will solve the issue before you start cutting wires etc..

Thats the harness that connects to the Autoleads Connetcs2 control box (That I mentioned above) for stalk controls, what you are looking at is a replacement lead without the actual Connect2 box

The sliding bolts from the caliper to the carrier could need re-greasing, had to do mind to stop them from binding on the fronts a while back

Does the light blink at all? When you arm the car does it flash?

I believe the dephaser pully creates a whine when its getting old! Had the belts changed any time recently? New belts that have been retensioned can cause this if the dephaser pully was not changed at the same time..?

Ph1 is deeper then then non sport, if you look at a ph1 sport it is lower on the outer edges making it seen to curve downwards in the middle.. You can kinda see what I mean.. Ph1 all the way ;)
