Hi there, some of you older members might remember me. I see some old members are still around....
I'm currently driving an old E46 318 whilst saving for a house, but I'm seriously sick of it and for some reason really want a rattly French hatchback again.
I know I could look on Autotrader...
As title, was driving home on the motorway and suddenly all the above gauges stopped working. Rev counter is fine, and the above gauges all light up still.
Fuse? Relay? I have no idea.
Thanks Chaps.
For all you Minecraft fans, you may have noticed it's out for Xbox 360 now.
It is 1600 MS points but it is definitely worth it if there are a few of you together. 1000 x 1000 block limit, which seems small but actually is about the size as a craftable map, which is pretty big.
One person has...
I know this can be the sign of head gasket failure, but the car I went to see today had a slight hint of this around the filler cap. The guy is selling the car as he doesn't use it and it has been standing for quite a while, so does that have something to do with it? Is it just condensation in...
Thought you guys might like to see some of my brothers pics, he has just created a site to host them all, he would probably appreciate some feedback form the guys who really know what they're doing.

Not sure if this is the right section as it isn't a Clio.
My mate at work has a Volvo V50 2.0d sport remapped to just over 200bhp.
He said the clutch slips slightly, but it isn't a problem as he just drives around it, and doesn't drive it hard anyway. On the weekend he noticed that it has...
At my local tyre place earlier, they were saying that there is a chance that the year after next, if you put non-runflats on a car that is supposed to have runflats on (like my Mini) it will fail its MOT. I know them in there and they don't tend to make s**t up.
Anyone heard about this possibly...
Hai,
(Cooper S, not a Clio) Going to be doing this this afternoon, just trying to get the process correct in my head. Is the following correct? I only have two axel stands, so will have to do one axel at a time.
I have a brake bleeding kit, and I know there is a special tool for the rear...
Thought I would start a new thread instead of posting in the other one, because if you are like me I don't check that thread regularly.
In case you didn't know, there will be a Battlefield 3 public beta, available on all platforms, from the 29th of September until the 10th October...
So, I have got front and rear pads to fit, and stainless steel brake hoses. Garage quoted me £155 to fit, which seemed a bit steep. Is it hard to do yourself?
I have got a trolley jack and two axle stands, and have done a little bit of maintenance work on my cars in the past, what are the...
I currently have 205/45 R17 runflats (which are s**t) on the Mini.
Parada Spec 2's in 205/45 R17 are £140
Parada Spec 2's in 205/40 R17 £71.30
Firstly, what the actual f**k?
Second, will it honestly have a noticable effect/difference if I change from 45 to 40?
Anyone any experience with these? Are they any good?
I am upgrading the front pads to Yellowstuff pads, replacing the fluid with DOT 5.1 and fitting braided lines. Whilst I am at it I thought I may as well replace the rear pads as well, as they are getting a bit low. Greenstuff pads are about...
Best one? Not fussed if it is a shuffle, just needs to be fairly small. It's for when I go skiing in a week, I like to listen to music when I'm skiing but am sick of using my phone. Th eMrs wants one too.
Suggestions?
Cheap remember. No f**king iPod b****cks please, I don't want to re-mortgage...
I guess this is the best place for this thread.
I am tempted to remove the stripes from my Mini. What are the chances that the paint has faded and underneath the stripes will look a bit odd? They are only on the bonnet, and the paint is gray so doesn't really show defects. Will it be okay?
I am on my mums laptop helping her archive some photo's etc, her Hard Drive is nearly full, C drive is about 60 GB but the D Drive has 400 GB. Is this normal?
Can I use some of the space from Drive D and put it on C Drive? Seems a bit odd to me.
Thanks

I've just found this website, and there's some really awesome stuff in there, all kinds of different photography, and seeing as I suck with a camera so can't use my own photos its pretty good. It also covers most screen resolutions...
I'm posting this from my wifes iPhone, gotta admit, it's pretty fuckin awesome. Shall I end my contract early and get a 4? It will be about £100 to buy out my contract, is it worth it?
Go appleites (revels, chris, Roy et al)
I have recently hooked up my xbox to my PC monitor using the MS VGA cable. I'm not sure on the quality of my monitor, it's an HP purchased about 1 year to 18 months ago, Its LCD, but the picture isn't wonderful on the xbox, the text (especially in MW2) looks pixelated.
Basically, I just want...
My xbox got the Q4 red light last night E74 error. A month out of warranty
If I get a new elite, will my xbox live username and achievments and all be lost, can they transfer it? I still got a couple of months of live left.
