Picked up this 182 a few weeks ago. Lovely car, fsh, 84k, no track days or hard use by looks. Drives very well and seems these cars are only on the up value wise.

Just fitted my Janspeed twinpipe to my 172, the back box has two arms either side, now on the clio there seems to be only one place for the exhaust to hang, passenger side, the other side dont have nothing there, so now its a bit loped side at a slight angle as the exhaust is so heavy. Anyone...

Anyone rec a good place or local mech who can change a clutch on my ph1 172, been quoted £500 supply and fit, then £280 at Mr Clutch, but no chance of going there.

Hi people can anyone recommend a good alloy wheel refirb company you might have had experience with, or even the ones to avoid.

My Ph1 Oz's badly need a refirb but also thinking of spending the extra on getting a set of pro race 1.2? What do you guys think? :D

Just had the Clio rolling roaded at ATSpeed in Rayleigh, Essex today. Car made 166bhp with a ktec panal filter, ktec decat and Janspeed straight through, happy with that, car on an W plate and on 107k :)

Anyone have the latest issue, can't find it anywhere, most unrealiable mag Ive come across

Anyone have any experience of these? All I read is bad things about them, but I take everything with a pinch of salt as the net is full of moaners anywa, or is it a case of no smoke and fire?

Hi guys, currently own a ph1 172 on a W. Seems to have two cats under the car, so im assuming I need 2 decat pipes and how will I tell if its one or two lamdas?

Looking at refreshing the suspension up in the next few weeks. Either looking at getting a set of coilovers or just sticking with standard set up but with 25mm lowering springs. I know the coilovers are going to be that much more harsh a ride and the 25mm probably better as a daily driver, but...

Hi people my dephaser valve is getting done this weekend just wondering will running shagged one affect the performance of the 172? Has anyone noticed an improvement in speed since theirs was replaced?

I'm wondering that if I lower my 172 with "apex 25mm lowering springs" and keeping the original shock absorbers, will my shock absorbers be damaged in the long run, since they can't travel entire stroke distance?

Hi guys seems like I have the dreaded sticky throttle body problem, revs to 2000+ in idle and stays their until thw accelarator is touched. Cleaned all the body out fully the other day and greased it up loads too also cleaned out the intake manifold too. All seem sorted for 24 hours but now...

Seeing as most Ph1 172 are over 100k what are the mail things that need to be look after and does have anyone have any really high milage ones on the go still going strong? I know its a fairly new designed engine and should be good for a few more miles but just wondering on peoples experience.
