@cliosport-carl what did you use as the surround on the bumper for the backbox?

Looking good @Badger172cup in regards to the rear shocks, use an open ended spanner on the nut and get a pair of mole grips to hold the top of the shock. Once its a few turns loose it will be fine :)

Hi everyone, I have an OMP rear strut brace in my 172 CUP but it squeaks badly! I have read they all squeak and do very little but I like the look of it. I have removed it and applied WD40 to the bushes and also LM grease but to no avail. Does anyone know how to get it to stop squeaking...

The car failed the mot due to emissions so I removed the decat and fitted the standard cat along with new gaskets and bolts etc. Fitted the front spacers, painted the calipers black and also fitted my new OMP 330mm wheel

@Wezwoz yes on original seats, you gain access to the x4 nuts under the car, x2 are covered by rubber grommets and x2 near the exhaust beside the heat shield. Easy to do and i feel makes a difference to the driving position, i fitted some washers on the front bolts so the seats and still be...

I removed the spacers on the front seats to lower the height of the seats. Free and a much better driving position.

How did you find fitting the inner ARB bushes? I have heard they can be a pain? @The Beardo
