    hi mate tryed to pm you but you cant receive them but yes that is the same as mine even down to it picking up when you pick up the revs let me no how you get on with it and ne more props give me a shout thanks

    hi mate ive got a 172 and ive got that tappin took me ages to work it out it was the cerbon cannister if you can get to it you will feel it tappin. it is behind the front bumper on the drivers side you can get to it if you undo the bolts on the wheel arch liner and pull it back

    hi mate ive played with a few of them it could be cable or it will be air poperaited so if there is a split in the pipe ne where it wont work and it mite suck water in from the road if you cant get it workin you should be able to pull the ajuster out abit to get the aim up or push to get it down...

    hi mate it sounds like the verable valve timing was not set up properly it would of been ok for a few miles but then it would of gave way and done a valve or two i would get back on to the garage that you had it done at and get them to sort it out and dont drive it ne more

    if it has not come uncliped there is a ajuster on the back of the headlight i think you can use a phillps skrewdriver or a 5mm alan key so if you park the car about 2 foot away from a garage door or a wall you can lower the high headlight to the same as the other one you will see the patern on...
