All booked for 16th. New gearbox in and ready to go ...... anyone else going .?

I think my 197 gearbox is dead , crunches into 2nd and 3rd up and down the box and on a recent track day it whines real bad in these two gears , It's a 2006 , 80k miles What the best thing , rebuild price by local specialist was £250 to remove and install plus between £550 and £850 for rebuild...

Forgot , if you're lowered 225 May scrape the arches

I'm running 215 45 17 federal 595RSR my tyre guys advised not going wider on standard rims as they said the wider ones would roll on the rims , 225 will go on so your call really , If ya do it let us know how you get on

Yes all done when they fitted new bits , I can move wheel 1/4 turn before wheels actually move ??

can anyone throw some light on this Car in for mot , they advised in steering rack tie rods worn so I asked them to replace them along with the outer ball joints , just got the car back and the steering is really bad , wanders all over the place and feels as if steering wheel is not attached...

Well decision made and order placed , Federal 595 RS - R What a mine field it is deciding on what tyres so many different options and so many opinions , after spending hours trawling the site and talking to people these are the ones I have gone for , Fair price from my tyres online at £63.50...
