What's wrong with your injector angle? It shold be arround 30deg comp. to runners. This is one of the worst designs I have seen so far... Outrageous!

I am currently in process of making 2 identical custom aluminium/carbon intake manifolds for F4R 730/6/8. Once I'm done I'll run it on dyno and post on here before/after results. Figures should be plus 10-15 bhp with decent remap and price arround 599+ postage.

Yes it does! 3rd gear is especially a bugger! 'Cause I shift by the sound (like most of us I guess?) and early 3rd gear limiter surprised me (unpleasantly) a lot of times... Anyway when it's cold 6700 revs max it is... According to mine.

That seems like a good idea! And posts above me are all wrong. There are 3 stages: 6700 7000 7250 rpm and are oil temperature dependent , they look something like this (not sure but as long as I can remember) <60 <75> 90> All these have been tested in real life by me,so they work as I said...

BUMP! I have measured weight of my Clio II Ph.1 recently , aprox. 7-8 liters of fuel + spare wheel = weights 1040 Kg, So I guess Chip-Mk1 was right after all!
