hey all, just wondering is it important to have these on the wheels if wheels are a lil bit big for the center hub, cause can't wait to put the wheels on the car:evil: , but jsut got the bolts holding on to car, or should i just want :rolleyes: ?

hey all got a problem with my car.... this light keeps flashing when i drive it.. and it feels really slow now and keeps jerking lik iam about to stale sorry about size off pic.... can any 1 tell me wots wrong with it ... iam guessin it needs new spark plugs...wot u guys think? many thanks :S
