I'm 30. Had my 172 for 2 years, spend all week driving a 3.5 tonne master so the Clio brings a smile to my face every weekend. (except when it's broken) After 2000 miles cornering slowly. Remembering the van is not a rs Clio when approaching roundabouts first thing on a Monday is very important! :)
Now I've finished prettyfying my car I've noticed the rear pads are pretty mullered....
Will I need a caliper rewind tool to compress the piston or is it a squeeze and go job?
I was in k-tec the other week and there was a chap well in his 50's looked like a city banker type, having his cup serviced.... Can't fault him. if I won the lotto, my shopping list would be epic. But I'd keep my 172. Why? Because it is a ridiculous amount of fun. The end!
I've purchased carbon bullets and diamonds from streamline, who list the parts as "bonding required"
Anyone know what the best product to bond them on with?
Haven't got a pic handy but they come with adhesive putty on them. And just cut the hole and stick them on. Fit the exhaust as best you can so you cut in the right place
