197 is wider but with a bit of handy work it can be made to fit. Have to trim the lip off of it and comes up a little short but enforceable with some filler Got bumper off for head lights this weekend so planning to play with it. Look smart was going to spray mine how much is dipping?

Looks awesome. Got a jasse splitter been faffing with for ages and makes me want to finish it seeing yours. Love the stuke splitter as well had them on eBay watch list for ages. They pretty easy to mount? Might be a sport rep rep going on soon lol. And where are the carbon door handles from?

Got a loud thowmping sound coming from front right kind like a flat tyre noise. Tried changing discs and pads the other day and couldn't get the pad retention pins out. Could I have warped the disc or buggered the wheel bearing using a hammer on pins? Any help advice would be muchly appreciated

Looked like a Good day was only there for an hour but was enough to say next one the 197 is going down for some abuse. Did pop over to say hi @knocker but you'd just come off track and looked busy.

Bit short notice but lydenn do monthly car track days. One this Saturday was going to pop down and do a 20 minute session but not fitted new brakes in time. might pop down for a watch though.

So had a look around the forums and interweb and make it look like changing the front springs on a 197 isn't the easiest job in the world. Being quoted from £260 to £280 to have it done in a garage is this about right? Any advice on tackling it at home or just better to take it in (and if so...
