thanks for all your replies, i cant seem to find a website for the screens, they are Arkon sv-800 8" sunvisor monitors, closest i could find are these on ebay...

shocks seem to be ok with the springs then again they are 14 years old so they might not last too long tho. was surprised how easy the back torsion bar was to lower :) have heard some people having loads of trouble getting them out i was lucky

Lol was in a hurry so i went upto the reception again and said some arsehole has parked infront of me and i cant get out, can you find out who owns it, the guy at the desk says what car is it, i said a blue bloody punto.... never guess what he said Oooh thats mine ill move it now... ill not...

lol no my car is the white clio thats blocked in! was thinking,maybe the L plate on the punto stood for LOSER instead of Learner :P

This has to be one of the stupidest places to park ive ever seen, was staying in a hotel in dublin at the weekend and parked in the carpark, checked out next day to find this, i mean how could anyone think thats a sensible place to leave the car lol, mad oh and even better it had L plates to top...

Ops i dont think i explained properly last time lol, what i ment by taking the silencers out was take off the middle section, chuck it away and replace it with pipe right upto the bk box, like this, its not a "bodge" lookie

my clock and heater controls dont light up :( changed all the bulbs and then changed the whole unit and fuse lol still nothing, must be dodgy wire, i gave up in the end lol

mine is a 1.4 fidji (carb instead of spi) not an rt and with decat etc i still get around 95 - 100 miles per 10er driving normal, and about 85ish driving it hard, my old rt got a bit less but not much
