You can use the JB3 or JC5 gearbox, less things to adapt but you will need align the gearbox with the engine block and make new fixing points on the engine block
And you will need a engine flywheel from scenic/megane mk1 f4r, clucth you can use the clio 1.6 ones if you keep the engine stock
RS133 wishbone are 26.08mm wide but i think it will reduce your caster because the balljoint is 1.1mm backward
Other option should be kangoo 4x4 wishbone, 0.05mm wide and balljoint 1.34mm foward
From here it started a BAD year for the Clio

Im running 1*2 driveshafts, but anyway you can use the 1.6 driveshaft with JB3 or JC5 gearbox
About the engine block you can redo the gearbox bolt pattern
Bolt pattern:
Yellow: TL4 / ND0 / PK4
White: JB3 / JC5 / JH3
