My Arctic gets the 2118 treatment...

Well, after searching for a long time I finally picked up a set of 2118s off Chris205 on here. Got round to fitting them last night with Dale (d4h182) and to say I'm happy is an understatement. Not the most unique individual wheels but imo no wheels suit the 1*2 better. I got abit picture happy but anyway..

It is in desperate need of a machine polish so if anybody knows of anybody in the NW, then let me know.

Wheels totally transform the car imo. 2118's easily are the best wheels for the 1*2's they look so good.

I agree that the nose down look is more noticable on the 15's. I may go a tad lower at the back.

You wouldn't believe how many people/friends/family say they prefer the old wheels. I think it looks abit more purposeful on the 2118s. Although I am keeping the standard wheels for winter use if they don't sell.

I was just about to say that! They would be the only other wheel choice for me and I would keep the standard wheels as a second/winter set. What coilys you got mate?

It is on k-tec coilovers mate, which after taking the wheels off need a serious cleaning. They do get slated but for me they do fine. I don't particularly drive it hard anywhere and they aren't too uncomfortable, just abit bouncy. I also can't believe how much comfier the 50 profile tires have made it over the 45s!

Never been a fan of the 2118, they're heavier than a 16" Turini and don't look nice IMO. I guess the tyres are cheaper though! Loads.

That said, your car looks cracking. Really smart.

Car on the whole is really nice though. Got the front end spot on with the 3/4 plate, splitter and removed sidelights.

Cheers dude. I love Turinis aswell, anthracite Turinis on AB look epic. I just had to scratch the 2118 itch lol.
