Matt e that is very nice. If not keeping standard thats how it should be done. There are some horrendous looking bays, anything chrome is tack along with bright colours imo. Standard/ subtle oem+ only

@Cub. - what do you reckon to this style in your engine bay? Would it work? Obviously the RENAULTsport would need to be white lettering, but the coloured strips could really finish it off. Maybe.

I don't think the RenaultSport is actually white ? It just looks like bare metal to me ?

Ahhhh I see . It'll be a bit of a fiddly f*cker to paint I would imagine . If the paint runs down the side of the lettering it'll look crap . I can't see any easy way of masking it off to be honest to prevent that . Good luck lol .

Just use a small model paint brush, that's what I used on mine

That looks smart Matt. Where did you get the battery cover from?

Cub. when we did it we used a small cotton bud from a paint shop and sprayed paint on the end and kept it wet and brushed it on. You could do the same with the white letterineing then perhaps some 2500 grit to smooth and finish it off.

Here's mine as it currently stands. Standard 172 cup lump apart from mangnecor leads...itg maxogen on its way Apart from that it will just be a very clean factory finish look...
