Bullies with paintball guns

Went paint balling with some mates today, was all good till it came to going home...

After washing all the paint off, i noticed where it had been the paint 'stained' but after a bit of polish it came off which also after a bit of inspection the car is covered in small dents.. Needless to say im pissed off..

No idea who it was...

It just topped off an already annoying hour, i got shot between the eyes so now i have a huge bruise and then i got shot in the side of the head and its all swollen..

was with them all the time, there was a group of lads on a stag do but i dont think they wudda done it but, il never know... Gonna see how much its gna cost to get them all removed..

No CCTV?... surely the organisers/the paintball place could be responsible for letting them shoot it.

None... and they were both with us at the time sorting some stuff out..

That's shocking. I'd certainly speak to the paintball place because it's one of two scenarios IMO:

1) The people did it with the paintball conpany's equipment on their property. I'd imagine there's a legal accountability there somewhere!

2) The people did it with their own equipment which means they're probably regulars and the paintball company will have a fairly good idea of who it could be.

Im going to try find out tomorrow, i didnt talk to them about it at the time as i wanted to get it washed off incase it did any damage to the paint

It came off easy enough, but it left remains of it on there so had to polish all that off...

I took it off coz i was standing by the "safe area" i moved out of the netting for literally 10 seconds coz i dropped something picked it up stood up next thing i know i have a paintball in my face, so yeah i was very lucky... no one owned up to it either...

Im a bit pissed off, fair enough it only cost me £35 but that aint the point i planned on fixing it up and selling to fund a new car, and now its gonna cost more to get all the lil paintball dents out...

+ 1 - i'm pretty sure that would of been a group of people, can't see one person standing there firing that many paintballs. Surely the place is liable for letting people just walk off into the safe zone shooting the guns. The last 3 or 4 places I've been too, you have to put the guns down in a box before you're allowed any where near the "safe zone" and they were VERY VERY strict about it!

f**king with peoples car's is way below the belt imo, like a kick in the balls....you just don't do it!

I'm staggered that anyone could get a gun out of the safe zone, so I think it's almost certainly someone with their own gun. The paintball place may know who didn't hire a gun out that day so you can narrow it down to a small number of people. Let's hope the paintball organisers aren't mates of the twunts that did it.

Have to agree, that's not funny imo. As said, I'd be looking at the companies liability etc, and go back and check if there are any signs up in the car park regarding liability. I'd do that asap, no doubt they'll be put up if the organisers get wind of legal action.

Went to the spot today to have a mooch around the car park and alas there was a sign hidden behing tree branches saying they aint liable for damages...

In my opinion this clearly is a case of criminal damage to your vehicle by the shooters and also there is a case of public liability on the part of the company who provided the paintball guns etc. If I were you, I would report it too the police asap and report the company to the health and safety executive at the local council.
