a little help

hey the other day i had a bit of an accident..
some person went into back of me...
today i took off bumper for closer look at damage.

one of the metal fixings is bent up (some pliers should do the trick)

some metal work is bent (hammer?)

also this plastic fixing thing is broken..

can it be replaced or how do i fix that??


and i have this.. glue?

any ideas would help.
also car sounds alot louder (exhaust wise) got it looked at by kwikfit. they said the rubber things had come off.. the replaced.. said it was fine.. but still alot louder.. ideas??

did they bend the exhaust? it may have bent when they hit you from behind and broke somewhere giving you a hole.
