4 pots far to aggressive and dangerous, help please?

OK so my car has been of the road for weeks now due to a braking issue with newly fitted used compbrake 4 pots. The car will just not brake in a straight line and has far to much front bais making it seriously dangerous, calipers have been serviced and flow tested and are fine, so it's something on the car that's causing it. Garage said it could be some sort of regulator on the bulk head, abs regulator maybe? can't remember what he said now as my child was having a tantrum at the time of the call.

So has anyone had this sort issue when fitting 4 pots?

Thanks in advance.

Get a roller brake test done and also check the rate increase/decrease when wheels rolled together

What do you mean when you say it won't brake in a straight line?
And as for front/rear bias, the rears do so little im surprised you can tell a difference. Even on a standard 172 cup, an MOT test usually reveals that rear brakes are doing so little that they're technically not working.

What pads have you got?

As in you're locking up then going off straight, or when you're on the brakes it veers off/pulls to one side?

When braking hard in a straight line it drags the car to the right and makes the rear left come around on its self. If braking on turn in it would cause spin out no doubt. What do these cars have to regulate the brakes? It's it a servo as above? And is it attached to the bulk head as that's what's being removed and checked on advise from Compbrake and said it will need some sort of rebore. It's funny as the car was pulling left with the OE set up when braking hard so it's definitely got to be something within the cars braking system.

Are the brakes brand new? Might need a rebuild if they're second hand or seized/partially seized

  dan's cast offs.
it's not your servo. go through usual stuff, check flexis and then make sure rear brakes are free and take it from there.

Seems the part that's playing up is the ABS module, plus one of the rear brake hoses isnt giving enough pressure. Really missing the car now as this Mondeo is also playing up with it pulling and vibration through the wheel, it's annoying me.

Have you checked all your lines, if any are damaged it cause a resistance not allowing fluid to flow to the cailper as easy
