hi, i have a 1.4 8v e7j engine and the manifold has cracked. im told this is a common problem and i can just get it welded up so this is not a problem. however when i was removing the manifold, the bottom four bolts when removed leaked coolant?! i guess the bolts go through a coolant channel but...

i have a 1.4 and the exhaust manifold has a crack that goes the whole way through. would it be worth seeing if another manifold would fit from a 1.6 etc for any gains if i have to replace anyway? or just get one thats the same? thanks josh

Does anyone know where i can find the hanger as shown in the pic below? i just need the sleeve to go around the back box to attach it to the oem mounts. I have searched online but cant find one anywhere!? thanks Josh

hi ive recently fitted some rokkor coilovers on my 1.4, and noticed that one side at the back is a few cm higher than the other... im sure iv fitted the springs correctly, and chose not to use the adjusters they arent the issue, i was wondering if anyone has any ideas what else it could be...

hi, i am after a heat shield for my exhaust, as i have cut a hole for an aftermarket system. does anyone know where i can get a cut out from the 182 bumpers without having to buy the actual bumper? i only need one exhaust heat shield! thanks in advance
