Backbox Hanger

Does anyone know where i can find the hanger as shown in the pic below? i just need the sleeve to go around the back box to attach it to the oem mounts.




I have searched online but cant find one anywhere!?

thanks, but not quite what i was after.
I was under the impression it was possible to get the hook already welded onto the sleeve so it would only need lining up? instead of welding a new hook onto the back box?
