With the steering arm fixing to the hub, changing the toe even changing the camber will alter the bumpsteer..

Point loading a bearing race is a bit iffy... should be ok if you dont go too tight..

Should be ok welding ive done plenty of castings over the years.. drill a tiny hole at the end of each crack, grind it out, clean her up and burn it in... she'll be reeet
