Hi guys, my Clio has done 64000 now so time is approaching for cam/aux belt change round 2. Dephaser is definitely on its way out as well so that needs doing. Is there anything else that anyone can recommend I should change at this service interval while it's all apart?! cheers

hi Mick, Spoke to the mechanic that does all the work on my vehicle. mentioned the plugs problem and he said about overheating? that i should keep an eye on it. Not an easy thing to do on the 182 really. What do you think? thanks

its your coil pack mate. had exactly the same thing on my 182 the other week. 1 coil was down but when 1 goes they all go in sequence so i had the pack and plugs changed. 1 of my spark plugs was arching out and causing a surge on the coil which burnt it out basically. problem all sorted now

my 182 does this also. got the guy thats looked after my car form new looking into it. first impression for him was uneven tickover. whatever that means in mechanics language.

the looks of the 197 do it for me allday long over the meggy r26 but the speed, power and tuning ability just put the r26 in another league. y can't renault sort there lives out and give us turbos in both these cars to make life a lil simpler and rear wheel drive would be awesome too!!!!
