loss of power me thinks

hi guys n girls,
quick 1 for you as i need to pick your brains.
had a new coilpack, plugs and leads fitted the other week.
plugs are good spec but not sure about the quality of of the coilpack and leads ans they were fitted by the garage thats lookes after my car and not a main dealer.
Felt a definate loss of power!
Also when have people had their lamba sensors replaced? apparently this can help performance so im informed?

What was the reason for coil pack & lead change?

Using the NGK spark plugs?

had some tests done on the leads and 1 lead was showing high surge which then passed across into the coil pack. car was running rough at low speed that was the reason for visit to the garage in the first place. car was running better with the dodgy leads to be honest. i dont know if there ngk but they are platinum tip so their good quality.
