They all do the same job. Personally, I would go for stainless fittings though. The zinc ones corrode badly and can be a pain to remove.
We sell the zinc plated Goodridge lines, but also the stainless Goodridge and stainless HEL.

Just to confirm, they all use stainless...
We sell the same pads, and we always beat any price. They need filing to ensure they fit correctly. If you can't manage this yourself, step away from the spanners and let someone do the job for you.
The FCP565H DS2500 pad is larger than the alternative, thus a better choice. Due to the coating...
I guarantee we are cheapest for Ferodo DS2500. If you get a cheaper price, i'll beat it.
Members get 5% off website prices anyway.

You can't jut bolt a turbo on though! Charging in cheating!
See how you get on, but you are going to need a full forged, blueprinted and fully balanced bottom end. HUGE amounts of headwork and some silly cams. Not to mention a serious intake system, major exhaust manufacture and better cooling...
Sorry fella, I think the rs engines are very expensive to tune properly. I was talking about a Peugeot engine. TDF are the guys to talk to, but you need very deep pockets.
I agree with Fred. Save your money. If you want 300 plus na ponies, swap the car for something else. Sorry to sound...
Plenty else mate as you well know, but I just meant the head is pretty standard. Point being the f4r head must be strangled to hell. It seems to be a real struggle to get 200bhp out of these engines, never mind 280 horse. Obviously TDF are absolute experts at what they do, but £12k plus rebuilds...
That bad? The xu10 lump (gti6) in my 205 rally car is around 250bhp with only 3 angle seats done to the head. It is stroked to 2188cc though. Working on a new head at the moment, which along with a new fanimold should see the nice side of 280bhp. I can't see how the f4r head could be so badly...
These engines don't seem very keen to play! I might have to tear one apart and have a poke around sometime!
Seriously, the Pug engines I have been working on most recently will do 140bhp per litre reliably, without ridiculous rebuild schedules.
Where are the bottlenecks in the f4r heads?
No point putting them back in now it's all stripped. Check the journal to bearing clearance with plastigage to make sure there is no ovality on the crank, which could cause those marks IMO. Even better, check the journals with a micrometer too.
They are shorter, as they lower the car more. To compensate for this they need to be stiffer. Stiffer could be called "more agressive" but it does not mean they will handle better.

Cheap springs will not help you maintain the excellent handling of the 172. Eibach springs are progressively wound, highly rated and used by just about every decent race and rally team................there is a good...
You can buy them from our online store, www.auto-nation.co.uk. We are doing 10% off everything to Cliosport members today, which makes them a bargain.

Looking promising Tom. What width are the wheel spacers? There are limits for competition. I take it you are consulting the blue book? You can view it for free on the MSA website these days.
Let me know if you need any parts. I'll do you a nice nice price?!
Just to make a point of this, all brake rubber hose has fibre braid. This does expand when the fluid is hot or you welly the brakes.
Stainless braided hoses are different as the braid covers a teflon liner. These will not expand and therefore reduce sponginess.
I would accept that OE hoses...
