Hi all, I've changed a fair few steering wheels on the 1*2 so it was a bit of a shock to see this ribbon connector; I have swapped a old wheel with a nice new reskinned wheel, took off a 53 172 Phase 2, no problem straight off and on with the old one, done. The other car is a 51 172 phase 2...

I've managed to detach 2 rear view mirrors from there balls (?) to swap them over and also smashed one windscreen trying to get the glass part back onto the ball. Any help please cause I've fcuked this right up.
