172 SEAT SWAP

Hi all,

Simply changing my 172 drivers seat with a newer same 172 seat, anything to watch out for?, literally like for like, will I need to reset anything on the clip?

Not sure about clip, id imagine it would be fine but don't quote me on this as I replaced mine with buckets. As for the swap its a piece of piss 4 nuts under the car, the inner ones are hidden underneath the heatshield if you can't see them straight away, kindly though Renault made to square gaps in h/s to go thru.

Thanks bud, I've swapped seats before but wondered about the Clip.

Anyone know if it will throw up a light and need a clip to reset?

You should be ok, as long as they are both the same (and someone hasn't swapped the plugs from a later one etc).
