I have a similar issue, picked up a track day toy, but ALL airbags have been removed however the light is on the dashboard. can anyone advise what i need to do to get the light turned off.

could i ask why did you install them on the floor rather than going back to the standard fixing point in the body of the car? or could you not get to it due to the cage? You can see the fixing point on the last photo where the red cage and black cables are (left side of the cage)

will do - where am i likely to find them? and what do they look like?

budgie - car is completely stripped (by pervious owner) so no interior light - so might be the door sensor.

mossyv6 - its like the auto lock function is working very quickly - does anyone know if it can be changed? or do you think i have a faulty module?

Mike@rentech - sorry to ask but where will i find the immobiliser code? or would you need the original key?

I have just brought my 1st Clio 182 - however it only came with one key. I'm based in Leicester. When i unlock the car get in, but not put the keys in the ignition after 10-15 seconds the car locks its self again?? is this normal or is there anyway to extend the time? worried if i accidentally...
