Hi Dan, as you've said, that's all that's been done to it performance wise really, no cams unless a previous owner had them fitted but not to my knowledge. Those figures are pretty impressive compared to other clios.

i just thought when i put them up for sale it sounds better when i know what they were fitted to, because all i have to go on at the minute is they are just 13 inch citroen wheels. i wonder if it has the same stud pattern as saxo's and 106's as that would make them abit more wanted i suppose

according to google they do not exist, absolute nightmare to find what they are off. they are 4 stud. apparently you can still order them from citroen for £146 each but they don't say what car they are for

have they done away with one of the rear exhaust hangers? i'm guessing those studs sticking out the boot floor is where it used to be. if you just buy a cat and get some pipe welded onto the end of it and cut off the olive joint then it will just fit straight onto that system, i did the same...

as dangerous dave has said those tyres aren't very good and are probably the problem. i'm going to take a geuss that they are avon zz3's, at the garage i used to work at i would always see zz3's wearing like that and alot of other cheap directional tyres.

do you have any access to code reading equipment? you can buy super cheap ones of ebay for like £15-20 which would do the job of resetting the light and is cheaper than pretty much all garages i know off would charge for a code read and fault erase. like i said i don't know if it is a fault...

does the light need to be reset before it stays off? it might have logged a fault which won't go off until the fault has been erased. i took my carbon canister off ages ago and replaced it with a resistor from maplins and my engine management light has never come on but i do always get a fault...

you could also try hitting the disc very hard with a hammer from behind, if you drilled quite far through the bolt then it should shear off with not too much hassle and then the rest will probably just come out with a pair of mole grips or even by hand if it isn't tight in the threads.
