Smack it at the top with a screwdriver or a punch and it will flip the bottom bit out, Failing that, screwdriver through the middle and pry it out.
If your doing a cambelt and got stuck at that bit I'd leave it alone tbh.

I take it you have tried removing the spacer from the hub, then removing the snapped bolt? If theres tension on the snapped bolt because its pressing against the hub then you'll never get it off. If its not damaged the thread then it might wind out...
I rememeber this car, Previous owner was a bit of a knob.. went crazy when I pointed out that the 8.8 grade rear shocker bolt wasnt right.
Might be worth checking that its been changed?

When they say holding pressure i assume they just mean its not leaking? Most places just whip the hoses off after they've gassed the aircon but If you leave the machine on it'll give you the pressure readings from the high pressure and low pressure sides. Ideally you need to get it back on the...
