Xenon Lights, Cheapest Option?

I'm getting rid of my clio 182 and its run out of Mot
And to get it through I need to sort the light out
anybody know the cheapest way of doing this?

first of all, you need to find whats exactly wrong with the the lights. IE, bulbs, ballasts, starters etc,.... then you will get a better idea of costs

lamps expensive, so are ballasts..... Is the lamp comming on then going off, not comming on at all, flickering ??

Hi sorry not been online for a few days
The light is not flickering, its just not coming on at all
one of the fuses had blown but we have tried another fuse and still nothing
We did notice that the connecter on the zenon had come out so we reconnected that and again nothing
