Has anyone had the same problem as me with the "plastic alarm fob " ?
.The green button material has split and makes the alarm/mobiliser system very hard to use,only solution is to replace it :dapprove: When I rang round the various local Renault agents (was a factory fitment),it is an item,not know stocked by them :dapprove: .Due I guess to the age ~~ mine is a 1994 "2".
Help is now at hand though and the service is excellent,I ordered one on line on Thursday,it arrived 1st Class Saturday ~~ now back running ok . Cost for the plastic fob £7 inc vat & postage.The complete immobiliser fob and the circuit board is £49.99.
The company http://www.drivenincar.co.uk order on line or chat ~~ they carry all the bits 'n' pieces for these alarms and others.
